The Doors Open
Chuys opens its first location at 1520 Greenville Ave, Dallas. Armed with family recipes and a small but dedicated team, we welcomed our first guests to the neighborhood.

Just two years in, Chuys was named one of Dallas Morning News' top neighborhood restaurants — a milestone that validated our commitment to bold, honest food.
